You can invite internal or external users to collaborate with on your project from the Users page found in the top right menu option.
Ranklytics currently supports the following roles
Admin
Has full access to the account including users and billing
Project Owner
Can manage specific projects that you assign to the role.
Editor
Can only manage the content within a project and cannot modify any project settings.
View only
Can view all the data and content within a project but not make any changes
When adding users the difference between My Company and External Users is as follows -
My Company
They are added within your organization's account and can access the resources within your organization.
External User
They are added as a separate organization and can access their own organization's resources along with any specific projects you have given them access to. Please note external users will have a Billing page but the Billing is their organization's billing page and not yours. They don't need an active account as long as they are part of your project.
