The Audit tools allows you to audit an existing web page and analyze areas for improvement based on a specific target keyword. The audit process takes up to 5 mins to fully create. During that 5 mins it is -
Crawling your Webpage - It will crawl your webpage and pull content and other metrics to analyze. If your have firewalls or other protection that disables bots or crawlers to crawl, we recommend whitelisting our IPs. Here are the IPs used:
Crawling top 10 Competitors - It will also crawl top 10 competitors for your target keyword in your location specified in the project settings. It will analyze their content and metrics and provide you recommendations based on that.
SEO Score
Ranklytics compares the top 10 competitor content SEO Score with yours and reports that. The scoring algorithm is similar to what is used when you generate content with Ranklytics.
Meta Tags
The suggestions here typically revolve around the length of the title and description and use of keywords within the title and description. Ranklytics AI will provide you suggested meta title and description to use.
Keywords to use
Ranklytics generates list of suggested keywords by looking at the content of the top 10 competitors. Along with the suggestion, the Audit provides you frequency of the keywords you are using, recommended frequency, monthly search volume, keyword difficulty and your current rank for those if any.
This is an excellent opportunity to improve your rankings by leveraging the keyword suggestions and incorporating that into your content.
Content
Based on the analysis of the content of your webpage, Ranklytics provides you insights into H1, H2, H3 tags along with images and number of links used. The suggestions here will help you easily optimize your content to have the appropriate tags and content within those tags.

This section highlights any broken resources such as Images, Scripts or CSS used within your content. Its important to ensure there are no broken resources in your web page.
Compare Competitors
This section gives you high level comparison of the main onpage metrics of top 10 competitor for your target keyword. This is helpful to analyze where you stand against those metrics and improving on those metrics to get better ranking results.
Once you make updates to your webpage based on these suggestions, you can run another Audit to see updates results.
